One year since rebrand to GSF Car Parts from local trading identities and The Parts Alliance
It’s been a whirlwind year full of change, challenge and transition, all made possible by our teams across the business, senior member of the GSF Car Parts team reports.
Managing director for branch sales and operations, Steve Gray said: “The last 12 months have seen a lot of change, especially in the early part of the year as we made a quick transition to operating under one brand.
“No part of the business was left untouched by the rebrand and getting everything done took a phenomenal effort, so both our teams in the network and our support teams should all be proud of what we’ve achieved, because it’s laid the foundations for the growth we’re seeing now and the opportunities we have in the year ahead.”
The process of moving to one trading name was an intense and comprehensive one, covering everything from uniforms and signage to fleets and the management of customer relationships through our branches.
Marketing and product director Brett Earp said: “I joined GSF in the summer and as someone who’s worked in the industry for decades, I can tell you that the aftermarket’s response to GSF establishing itself with one national identity was overwhelmingly positive.
“It was a move that made absolute sense and we’re definitely a stronger position to compete in the market – both the trade and the public – as a direct result.”
