Servicesure looks back on a positive 2021

Network expansion and new benefits launched

2021 proved to be a positive year for Servicesure, with 563 garages now signed up as members and ambitious plans to grow the network to 1,000 on the horizon.

Among the highlights for this year were the launch of Servicesure’s quarterly EV discussion panel, the return of its annual awards in person in October, the rollout of extra marketing to help members capitalise on the MOT boom, a new relationship with Slicker Recycling to help members reduce their carbon footprint and a new partnership with the IMI to promote accredited EV training.

Head of Garage Programmes Paul Dineen said: “The first year of the pandemic was obviously tough, but we’ve really seen Servicesure members kick on this year and that’s in no small part down to the Servicesure programme and the support of our GSF branch teams.

“In early 2022 we’re going to be introducing EVsure, an exciting new membership add-on that will help our eligible members stand out as qualified experts to work on electric and hybrid vehicles, which is of course a part of the market that we anticipate huge growth in.”

In addition to EVsure, which we’ll have more news about in the New Year, Servicesure will be looking to add to its list of members in 2022, driven by the kind of teamwork the Servicesure Sales team have thrived on with Regional Support Manager Wyn Jones.

Servicesure Sales Manager Ben Spencer said: “Wyn is a perfect example of an RSM who’s a real proactive advocate of Servicesure. He’s incredibly active in the network and together we’ve added 10 new Servicesure members from his region, which is brilliant.

“We’re excited to work more closely with the network in 2022 to help us add more Servicesure members to the roster and make Servicesure the most talked about garage programme in the aftermarket.”
