Adam Rhodes goes the extra mile to support team in need and ensure customer service is maintained
GSF Southampton was left short staffed recently after several members of its team were required to self isolate.
South West regional support manager, Adam Rhodes stepped in to ensure the branch could maintain service to customers during the two-week isolation period.
At short notice, Adam packed a fortnight’s clothes and drove the 130 miles from his Devon home to base himself at the branch.
Regional director, Simon McMullen said: “To pack up and be away from his family for two weeks to help that branch shows the kind of dedication that is truly over and above.
“I’m hugely grateful for Adam’s support in the region and this is the perfect example of the passion and commitment he brings to the business day in, day out.”
