New social channels to address needs of wider audiences

Reflecting the global reach of social media and the importance of this form of mass-communication, DENSO has broadened its presence to address a Pan European audience.

DENSO Europe, Pan European strategic marketing manager, Fatiha Laauich said: “Traditionally our SM activity through Facebook and Twitter has been a country specific project but as our business continues to grow across Europe, it is important for us to effectively communicate with this increasing audience and engage with a larger community, which means our activity must develop accordingly.

“As a result, we have superseded our previous UK-centric Facebook and Twitter activity with new Pan European focused: Facebook DENSO Aftermarket and Twitter and introduced two further channels, a technically orientated outlet: Facebook DENSO Technic and B2B communication: LinkedIn DENSO Aftermarket.

“With these additional communication channels and now addressing the needs of a far wider audience, we are keen to invite aftermarket professionals, whether technicians or wholesalers and DIY enthusiasts to get onboard and become part of the DENSO Aftermarket European community.”
