The offshore recruitment firm will offer its services to NBRA members
The National Body Repair Association (NBRA) is delighted to welcome the automotive recruitment firm Easy2Recruit to its membership.
This partnership serves as further evidence of Easy2Recruit’s dedication to providing specialised foreign recruitment services to UK bodyshops, garages and automotive companies facing a skills gap.
Easy2Recruit will provide body shops and garages affiliated with the Association with specialised international recruitment solutions. The firm is in an enviable position to understand the talent acquisition requirements of NBRA members due to its two decades of practical experience in the automotive industry.
Easy2Recruit CEO Ambi Singh was enthusiastic about this collaboration, saying: “We could not be more delighted to join the NBRA community and provide our expertise in foreign recruitment to assist body shops and garages struggling with today’s workforce shortage.
”The greatest auto body repair shops in the UK are represented by NBRA members, and we are certain that we can help them put together effective teams.”
Easy2Recruit will be in charge of managing every step of finding, hiring, and onboarding qualified international candidates for NBRA members. This all-inclusive service includes obtaining sponsor licences, finding competent technicians internationally, administering visa applications and immigration processes, coordinating travel and lodging, and facilitating relocations to the UK.
Ambi added: “Recruiting foreign talent is becoming increasingly important for the expansion and viability of body shops and garages across the UK as a result of Brexit, which is causing a decline in the local skills pool.
”Through our collaboration with the NBRA, the process will be streamlined, making it easier for these companies to hire qualified, experienced workers from overseas.”
