GSF Car Parts calls on workshops to help protect drivers and their passengers from harmful pollutants
National automotive parts distributor, GSF Car Parts is calling on workshops to help protect motorists, and their passengers, against harmful pollutants by educating drivers on the importance of regular Cabin Filter replacement.
It comes as stocks of DR!VE+ OE-matching Cabin Filters arrive at branches across the country after GSF Car Parts became the UK’s exclusive distributor of DR!VE+ Filters.
The range, which complements stocks of OEM Cabin Filters from the likes of MANN-FILTER and Hengst Filters, offers an affordable aftermarket alternative to OEM that doesn’t compromise on quality.
Simon Moore, Head of Marketing at GSF Car Parts said: “Cabin Filters are perhaps the most understated filter on the service schedule and many motorists simply don’t understand the vital role they play in protecting the occupants of a vehicle from harmful pollutants.
“It’s now widely advised for workshops to replace Cabin Filters annually or every 10,000 miles to ensure optimum protection.”
Designed to remove dust, pollen, smog and mould spores from air entering the cabin through the vehicle’s ventilation system, clean Cabin Filters are critical in the fight against respiratory illnesses.
DR!VE+ Cabin Filters are manufactured to ISO9001 – the international standard for quality management – and produced in factories conforming to IATF 16949 – a worldwide automotive manufacturing standard.
The range, which boasts more than 90 per cent car parc coverage, empowers workshops with greater choice for cash-strapped customers without risking quality nor health.
Simon added: “DR!VE+ Cabin Filters undergo stringent quality-control checks to ensure they stop dangerous particles from entering the cabin through the vehicle’s ventilation system, providing an affordable and effective replacement option that fits and functions just like the original.”
DR!VE+ Cabin Filters, alongside the brand’s range Fuel, Oil and Air Filters, are now being stocked across the GSF Car Parts branch network, with further stock held at its central warehouses to ensure continued availability across a wide range of applications.
The national motor factor chain will continue to add new part numbers to the range over the coming weeks and months to provide even greater vehicle coverage.
