2018 saw Ford new generations of two of its best-selling cars and aftermarket pads are now already available
Delphi Technologies has announced that it is the first to market with brake pads for latest Ford Fiesta and Focus.
2018 saw Ford launch new generations of two of its best-selling cars; the popular family hatchback, the Ford Focus, and the high-performance Ford Fiesta ST.
With more than 1.7 million of the earlier generation models on Europe’s roads today, and the new Ford Focus already winning industry accolades, including one of the seven cars shortlisted for the upcoming European Car of the Year award, Delphi Technologies say it’s a sure sign that workshops will be seeing plenty of them on their ramps in the coming months.
A spokesperson for Delphi Technologies said: “By offering new vehicle owners a competitive alternative to the VM network, for what is typically one of the first critical items to be replaced, you’ll be able to secure their business, and hopefully loyalty, from the start.
“This will not only generate additional revenue from a high quality, best practice brake service, but also future vehicle repairs too.”
The brake pads for the new Ford Focus and Fiesta ST are just one of many popular new applications Delphi Technologies cover.
Others include the all-electric Jaguar I-Pace (03/18>), BMW X2 (02/18>), DS 7 Crossback (01/18>), Audi A1 (11/18>), Q8 (02/18>), another one of our recent first-to-market parts, Citroën C5 Aircross (05/18>), Mercedes A class (03/18>), B Class (01/19), Peugeot 508 (09/18>) and Vauxhall/Opel Combo (07/18>).
