Conference to be held Thursday 8 December at Double Tree Hilton, Milton Keynes
The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has confirmed its speaker line-up for its upcoming annual conference.
Former SAS Soldier, sniper and paratrooper Robin Horsfall will deliver a keynote speech, meeting the conference theme of ‘Overcoming adversity, the path to a prosperous aftermarket future’.
Vicky Pryce, Chief Economic Adviser and a board member at the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) will also address at the conference.
Matt Cleevely of Cleevely EV, will discuss the transition for the sector into electric vehicles and Julia Muir will look at how the aftermarket can achieve a better gender balance within the automotive industry.
Neil Pattemore, UK AFCAR & IAAF Technical Director, will give an insight into legislation affecting the UK Automotive Aftermarket in a post Brexit era, while Quentin Le Hetet will present the findings of the first IAAF Aftermarket Trend index of industry businesses.
Mark Field, chief executive of IAAF, said: “I’m really pleased that IAAF has secured such a fantastic speaker line-up.
“With our move to the larger room within the venue, we’re increasing our numbers to ensure as many people as possible get to hear this valuable content from our speakers, as we look to raise the level of debate within our industry.”
The evening will see the IAAF’s Annual Dinner, The AFTERmarket Party of the Year, which will feature comedian Omid Djalili, and an award ceremony bigger than ever before.
